Medical Lead and Division Head, MSK Lead
Special Interests: Musculoskeletal Radiology & Breast Imaging
I am a general radiologist with subspecialty interests in musculoskeletal and breast imaging, including breast MRI. I completed both my MD and radiology residency at the University of British Columbia, and pursued additional training in MSK radiology at St. Paul’s Hospital. I also hold a clinical faculty appointment as a Clinical Instructor with UBC. My academic background includes graduate work in physiology and leadership roles in education and quality improvement.
I value clarity, accuracy, and efficiency in clinical interpretation and collaborative decision-making. I speak Hungarian and enjoy painting in my spare time, a practice that sharpens observation and offers a different kind of focus than medical work allows.

Kulveer completed his undergrad, medical school and radiology training at UBC in Vancouver. He is originally from Nanaimo and was excited to move back to Vancouver Island and join the North Island Imaging group. Outside of work, he enjoys videography/photography, naps, magic, and competition of any kind (board games, lawn games, sports). Though his photo might suggest otherwise, he prefers wine and cocktails over beer. His wife recently moved from Toronto to Comox and also loves all it has to offer.
IR Lead, Pain Program Lead
After 14 years of practice in the Fraser Valley, Mark recently moved to the island to provide time to enjoy the very best life has to offer! He completed medical school at the University of British Columbia, followed by a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Calgary and fellowship training in interventional radiology at UBC and Vancouver General Hospital. He has a special interest in advanced image-guided procedures, particularly the treatment of peripheral vascular disease and tibial reconstruction. Known for his relaxed, collaborative approach, he values strong clinical partnerships and patient-centered care. Despite a variety of activities that he loves outside of work, you will usually find him on the golf course or planning the next trip somewhere warm…where he can golf :)

Dr. Eddy recently joined our practice after a few decades working in Victoria. Dual qualified with fellowships in both Internal Medicine and Radiology (UBC programme in Vancouver), he developed the MSK service in Victoria including imaging and pain control intervention for all areas of the spine and every joint.
In addition, Dr. Eddy initiated the first large volume CT Colonography project in Canada and was part of the Canadian Association of Radiologist's team that provided training in this procedure before it became widely available as part of every residency programme. His practice also included mammography where he has ben the largest volume screener on Vancouver Island for the last several years.
He works part time with us so he can enjoy his family including six grandchildren and also devote more time to kitesurfing and developing a volunteer financial advice service with visiting professorships targeting physicians at all career stages from residency to retirement.
